  • Partner induction to identify current priorities and ongoing issues, to include a briefing on the service and access to support.

  • Unlimited access to professional advice via telephone and email.

  • On site visits - direct support with project implementation, guidance and advice or consultation.

  • Secure Partner login to on-line resources.

  • Newsletters and Ebriefs to keep you up to date.

  • Attendance at ‘Partner Events’  x 1 per term to network and receive HR Update.

  • Annual Service Review.

 

The Partnering Service covers:

  • Employment law and changes in regulation and guidance.

  • People management policy and procedures inc. Discipline, Grievance, Performance and Capability, Absence [Sickness, Maternity/Paternity and Time-off], Redundancy and Re-organisation, Equality and Diversity and Pay, Managing Safeguarding Allegations against staff.

  • Casework management in relation to the above policies.

  • National and local terms and conditions inc.  School Teachers Pay and Conditions, NJC [Non-Teaching] Green Book, Burgundy Book and conditions which have transferred from the local authority.

  • Advice in relation to existing terms and conditions and routine variations to employment contracts inc. differing working patterns and employment status.

  • Advice in relation to industrial action.

  • Engagement with trade unions both local and regional.

 

Clients have a named contact, experienced in working with a wide range of education settings and knowledgeable in the detail of STPCD/Green Book/Burgundy Book and DfE statutory guidance and regulation relating to schools, as well as employment law.
