The DfE statutory guidance ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ requires governing bodies to have procedures in place to handle allegations made against all employees, including the Headteacher. This session supports staff to handle the process and maintain appropriate records.

About The Event
Responding to an allegation requires knowledgeable and careful management to ensure the integrity of the process and a duty of care to all involved.
Governing bodies and senior leaders should be able to articulate the proper process, if asked by Ofsted for example, and understand what initial considerations and actions are necessary.
Aimed at:
Designated Safeguarding Lead, governors and senior leaders responsible for (or likely to be) undertaking formal investigations and/or making decisions about formal processes.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions you acknowledge that you have no right to cancel this order and that in the event that you purport to do so full payment shall nonetheless be made.
In the event that you are unable to attend, you have the right to substitute a delegate at no extra charge.
It is the sole right of the Supplier to copyright any training or other materials supplied.
In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances delegates will receive a full refund, if alternative dates are not suitable.
