Children's Code Webinar

The short webinar supports the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)  launch of the Age Appropriate Design Code, known as the Children’s Code.  This ia data protection code of practice for online services, such as apps, online games, and web and social media sites, likely to be accessed by children.  The Children’s Code has 15 standards that online services should follow to ensure they are complying with the law.

Following its launch at the beginning of September 2020, organisations now have a 12 month transition period to comply with the code. Compliance must be achieved by 2 September 2021.
