This webinar is intended for all audiences looking to better understand gender & sexuality from psychological and sociocultural perspectives. The webinar will also provide effective and practical strategies for applying gender & sexuality awareness in the form of workplace allyship. No prior knowledge is necessary and all are welcome to attend!
The webinar will be led by Georgie Williams, a specialist in the psychology of gender development and identity, with a deferred PhD position in the department of Social Justice at University College Dublin. They specialise in Transgender, Genderqueer, Nonbinary and Intersex research and education and founded the /Queer project in 2018- a global platform for gender and sexuality research and resources. /Queer is also a Kinsey Institute archived podcast used in university curricula both in the UK and USA. Georgie lectures and researches from their standpoint as a nonbinary transgender individual.
