You are entering into an agreement in order to access training by Principal HR Partner Limited a company registered in England and Wales with company number 08118907 whose registered office is at 9a Glebe Lane Gnosall ST20 0ER (“the Supplier”).

 

It is a condition of accessing the material that the fee is pre-paid.  Your booking will be confirmed following receipt of your booking form and an invoice will be issued.  The fee will be payable within 14 days from the date of invoice.  The training must be accessed via your 'Partner' Login at phrpltd.com using an email address registered to your organisation.

 

By agreeing to the terms and conditions you acknowledge that you have no right to cancel this order and that in the event that you purport to do so full payment shall nonetheless be made.

 

Use of a voucher code is limited to existing PHRP Annual Subscription Clients only "Partners" and must be entered at the time of purchase.  The discount will only be applied to existing PHRP Partner clients.

 

It is the sole right of the Supplier to copyright any training or other materials supplied.

 

In the event of  cancellation on our part due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to offer a suitable alternative of same or higher value.  A refund will only be issued if a suitable alternative is not available.
