About The Event
This session will support you to:
Understand the many process changes which have taken place in the last few years and ensure compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education. You will be able to Implement sound safer recruitment processes for advertisement, selection and appointment and seek to maintain a culture of vigilance.
Aimed at:
Headteachers, senior leaders, managers and governors responsible for the recruitment of the school workforce should be aware of the legal requirements, follow organisational policy and implement best practice in designing and delivering recruitment and selection campaigns.
